MRF was awarded as the control tyre supplier for Australian Rally Championship for 3 years (2017 - 2019). Also, we are the suppliers of 13 / 14 and 15 inch tyres to all the participants in Australian Rally Championship. All the participating cars will run on MRF tyres.

Three time Australian rally champion Eli Evans became the brand ambassador for MRF tyres and is currently driving the Mini AP4 car, partly sponsored by BMW Australia. 

The Citroen DS3 FIA spec cars ran on MRF tyres in Rally Australia, the final round of the WRC and they finished 1 st  in the 2wd category

The Winner of MRF Legends Championship was John Mickel.

Lee Deegan won the 2017 Tegiwa Civic Cup Championship, on MRF Tyres in one of the closest finishes ever.

Four MRF supported cars participated in the BTRDA Championship 2017, with Wayne Sisson in a Mitsubishi Evo IX and Ian Joel in a Ford Escort Cosworth RS spearheading the challenge, both in the B13 class, the top open class in the championship,(just below the B14 class which are mainly WRC and R5 cars). Ian Joel won the 2017 championship in the B13 class, and Wayne Sisson finished runner up, giving MRF a 1-2 finish in the 2017 Championship.

Estonia

Raiko Aru - Veiko Kullamäe (BMW M3), part of the EAL Estonian Rally Championship, was 2nd overall and winner in the Neste Harju Rally.

Portugal

Luis Mota finished 1st in the Portuguese National Rally Cup (Teams Championship). Overall, he was placed 4 th . He drove the incredible Evo VI car.

With an Evo IX on the Azores Airlines Rally 2017, Alex Ramos finished 1st on the Azores Cup andwas 2nd on the RC2N!

Sweden

Stoffe Nilsson won several rallies across Sweden in 2017. He competed a total of 51 special stages across Sweden in several different rallies, and was the fastest on 45 of those stages! Simply Incredible!
